At Maker faire only in September, Czech language and dark mode already

Even in April, we were not idle and we have several novelties for you in the solution for the remote management of Karmen 3D printers.

• The application is in addition to English, also in Czech! It is not without interest that a Slovak colleague took charge of the translation here ;-).
• We added also the option to switch the display in dark mode. When you look at prints for a long time, your eyes won’t hurt.
• Karmen can be launched as a classic mobile or desktop application via the icon … for “PWA” connoisseurs.
• We know that you place the Karmen Pill on the printers differently. That’s why we’ve added the option to record an image from the camera. So when you connect the Pill somewhere other than the board, you won’t turn your head.
• Maker Faire in Prague will not be in June, but in September, and of course we will be there.

Once again, we would like to draw attention to the new and greatly simplified procedure for connecting custom solutions over Octoprint. The cloud service Karmen is free and brings a number of advantages:

• Secure access to the home from anywhere (hackers have a season now).
• I can interrupt a failed print from anywhere (we save material and time).
• Gcodes are in the cloud and can be downloaded and printed from anywhere (it’s safe, rest assured).
• Workspace can be easily shared with other users (the back office and the whole family print).
• If you have multiple 3D printers in multiple locations, you can see them in one interface, but also split into multiple accounts.
